    Ihre Aufgaben

    Responsibilities of the job:
    * Performs recruiting activities according to recruiting plan by reaching the defined targets for hiring (deadlines, budget and quality)
    * Manages posting of job vacancies and explores new and efficient recruitment channels (responsiveness, quality and costs) and provides recommendation to the Chief People Officer of P&O
    * Administers job interviewing schedules for all job vacancies and offers feedback to the job applicants
    * Project management for TA initiatives
    * Develops pool of internal and external talents
    * Cooperates closely with the L&D Specialist/Training Lead as internal talents are promoted
    * Performs the recruitment social media communication
    * Monitors the job market and prepares analyses and summaries of the main job market movements
    * Reports on a regular basis about the recruitment process status and keeps in touch with the stakeholders
    * Customer education and senior stakeholder management
    * Process and systems improvements
    * Employee experience focus and improvement

    Anforderungen

    Requirements of the job:
    Over 3 years of recruitment experience and other P&O related activities
    * Advanced technical knowledge of MS office
    * Effective analytical and problem-solving skills
    * Enthusiasm and commitment to delivering quality results to tight deadlines
    * Ability to understand complex environments
    * Very good English language skills, additional European languages are very beneficial
