- Responsible for overseeing the department's operations covering the customers business requirements from order fulfilment, delivery timelines, inventory integrity, record and documentations
- Training and development of staffs ensuring job compliance, discipline and quality work output from staff
- Preparation of management KPIs for timely reporting and management review
- Invoicing of customers for timely collection of revenue
- Meetings with customers
- Handle day to day operation issues
- Assign tasks to staff and scheduling
- Overall management of the logistics administration and documentation
- Any other assigned duties in the warehouse as instructed by superior
- Approval and reject OT hours
- Approval of annual leave
- Creating PR for items to be used for the operations
- Hire and terminate staffs
