1. Operations Management:

- Monitor and evaluate operational performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of logistics activities.
- Implement quality control measures to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer requirements.
2. Team Leadership:
- Lead, train, and motivate a team of operations staff, ensuring high levels of performance and productivity.
- Set clear goals and objectives for the team, providing regular feedback and conducting performance evaluations.
- Foster a positive work environment, encouraging teamwork, collaboration, and professional development.
- Identify staffing needs, participate in the recruitment process, and provide training to new employees.
3. Customer Relationship Management:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop strategies to meet or exceed expectations.
- Address customer concerns or complaints promptly, ensuring effective resolution and maintaining strong relationships.
- Monitor customer satisfaction levels and implement initiatives to enhance the overall customer experience.
4. Continuous Improvement:
- Identify opportunities for process enhancements and cost-saving initiatives within the contract logistics division.
- Implement lean principles and best practices to optimize operations and improve productivity.
- Monitor industry trends, technological advancements, and regulatory changes to ensure compliance and recommend improvements.
5. Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
- Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
- Analyze operational data and prepare reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Present performance reports to senior management and stakeholders, highlighting achievements, challenges, and action plans.
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus.
- 5-7 years of experience in logistics operations, preferably in a managerial role within the contract logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes, supply chain management, and warehouse operations.
- Familiarity with Taiwan's logistics industry, regulations, and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
- Proven experience in implementing process improvements and driving operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in using logistics software and systems for operations management and reporting.
