Ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s ISO9001/ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001.
Analyze operation status with data, assist operation manager analysis root reason.
Understand customer requirements positively, promote the problem solving, and feed back to customer in time.
Prepare billing data and confirm with customer.
Input billing data in system, follow up customer payment progress.
Proficient in SAP/WMS system, responsible for SAP/WMS training in the department.
To complete other assigned work on time.
4Skills Required
Knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office suite, Customer Service Applications, Tracking + Tracing tools, supply chain modeling and/or logistics software etc.)
Strong presentation skills.
Good computer skill.
5Experience and Qualifications
College graduate or above
Minimum 1-year similar working experience in WH in Industrial Companies or Logistics Companies is preferred.
Good inter-personal skills, teamwork player, detail orientation, initiative, can work under pressure and meet deadline
Similar working experience in a foreign company is preferred.
OEM production logistic management experience is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred.
Good computer skill
