3Specific Accountabilities
Ensure operational excellence by complying with the quality control system based on the company’s ISO9001/ISO 14001 and OHSAS18001.
Provide purchasing requirements based on project demands.
Maintain the distribution and usage of office supplies.
Labor protection supplies management.
Assist new staff to issue labor protection.
Assist new staff to conduct interview、entry formalities and training plans.
Staff attendance management.
To complete other assigned work on time.
4Skills Required
Knowledge of common IT tools (MS Office suite, Customer Service Applications, Tracking + Tracing tools, supply chain modeling and/or logistics software etc.).
Good inter-personal skills, teamwork player, detail orientation, initiative, can work under pressure and meet deadline.
Strong presentation skills.
Good computer skill.
5Experience and Qualifications
College graduate or above.
Minimum 1-year similar working experience.
Good inter-personal skills, teamwork player, detail orientation, initiative, can work under pressure and meet deadline.
Similar working experience in a foreign company is preferred.
Fluent in written and spoken English is preferred.
