Invoicing & Settlement Specialist

Join our team in Bradford as an Invoicing & Settlement Specialist and play a key role in ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and collaboration across our invoicing processes. If you're detail-oriented, organised, and enjoy working in a dynamic logistics environment, we’d love to hear from you.

Location: Bradford, UK

Working hours: 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday

 

What will you be doing?

As an Invoicing & Settlement Specialist, you’ll ensure the accurate and timely processing of purchase and sales invoices using our internal operating systems. You will:

  • Manage invoicing tasks with speed and precision, supporting smooth collaboration between Sales and Operational teams.
  • Process invoices via our systems and handle specific client and supplier accounts.
  • Investigate and resolve invoice issues, escalating problems where needed.
  • Monitor system reports and ensure compliance with set deadlines, including month-end and financial reporting periods.
  • Help maintain tariff automation accuracy and complete related data entry tasks.
  • Follow defined processes, including customer- or supplier-specific procedures where applicable.
  • Support team productivity by picking up unprocessed invoices when needed.
  • Proactively suggest improvements or automation opportunities to drive efficiency.

About you

We’re looking for someone who is:

  • Experienced in administration, ideally within a logistics or transport environment.
  • Comfortable with invoice processing systems and has knowledge of Basware or similar platforms.
  • Highly organised with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
  • A strong team player with a proactive mindset and a positive attitude.
  • Known for their attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
  • An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
