Invoicing & Settlement Specialist

Location: Bradford, UK
Working hours: 9:00 to 17:30, Monday to Friday
What will you be doing?
As an Invoicing & Settlement Specialist, you’ll ensure the accurate and timely processing of purchase and sales invoices using our internal operating systems. You will:
- Manage invoicing tasks with speed and precision, supporting smooth collaboration between Sales and Operational teams.
- Process invoices via our systems and handle specific client and supplier accounts.
- Investigate and resolve invoice issues, escalating problems where needed.
- Monitor system reports and ensure compliance with set deadlines, including month-end and financial reporting periods.
- Help maintain tariff automation accuracy and complete related data entry tasks.
- Follow defined processes, including customer- or supplier-specific procedures where applicable.
- Support team productivity by picking up unprocessed invoices when needed.
- Proactively suggest improvements or automation opportunities to drive efficiency.
About you
We’re looking for someone who is:
- Experienced in administration, ideally within a logistics or transport environment.
- Comfortable with invoice processing systems and has knowledge of Basware or similar platforms.
- Highly organised with the ability to manage time and priorities effectively.
- A strong team player with a proactive mindset and a positive attitude.
- Known for their attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure.
- An excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing.
