The currently volatile economic and geopolitical situations and the continuation of ongoing megatrends lead to dynamically changing customer demands. In order to retain our customer centricity where it’s already good and improve it, where there is room for improvement, we need to be able to react as dynamically as the market demands it. For that, we must reevaluate our structures, products, and how we do business within and across our company.
