How do I send goods?

By entering your cargo credentials and the respective parameters e.g.  pickup or delivery date, pickup and delivery address, etc. you obtain a real-time price. By accepting the quotation and starting the booking process, you continue to the item description, where you can complete your booking details with additional information. To continue to the payment process you have to confirm the information in the summary. 

How do I package goods?

As a shipper you are responsible for packing the goods. According to possible transport damage we request you, to use proper materials for packing the goods. Please ensures, that the shipment should resist standard transport conditions and the consistence is not dangerous for other goods. Moreover, make sure, that the package is loadable for the driver. What do I need for registration?

Only business customer/companies can use connect 4 land. Therefore, you need at least a valid VAT number. Unfortunately, we can´t serve shipment request from consumers and private customer without a VAT number. 

How do I receive quotes for my transport request?

You just need to fill in our shipment form with your cargo, address and date details and you immediately receive different quotes for your transport request. Pending on whatever suits your need. E.g. if you want a fixed day delivery or a specific time window and other possible booking options. 

Who can do business with connect 4 land?

Can I ship ADR shipments?

This is not possible at the moment but we are constantly working on improving connect 4 land. ​​​​​​​

Are there any additional costs after my booking?

No. At payment process you see all costs and charges for your transport order. After payment you want be charged anything if everything also from your side went well. If e.g. no one is reachable by delivery and we need to do a second delivery attempt you will be charged additionally. 

Can I be sure that my transport will be transported (on time?)

If you book our standard product you will receive a lead-time estimation. If you book our premium product or a fix day or time definite option you can be sure that your transport will be there on time. Otherwise you can make use of our money back guarantee.
