This role ensures accurate, efficient, and timely processing of customer orders, inventory control, and compliance with safety and quality standards.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise day-to-day logistics and warehouse operations including receiving, put-away, picking, packing, and dispatch.

  • Lead, train, and motivate a team of warehouse staff and operators to meet performance goals and KPIs.

  • Coordinate closely with customer service, inventory control, transport, and other internal departments to ensure smooth operations.

  • Ensure compliance with all standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and company policies.

  • Monitor and maintain stock accuracy through cycle counts, stock checks, and system updates.

  • Analyze operational data and prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports on productivity, accuracy, and service levels.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process inefficiencies and implementing corrective actions.

  • Act as the first point of contact for issue resolution within the team and escalate when necessary.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
  • Experience in managing a team of 20 peoples
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in logistics or warehouse operations, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Experience working in a contract logistics or 3PL environment is an advantage.
  • Forklift license and safety certification (if applicable).
