One day, everything changed. For 111 and more.

On February 24, 2022, Russian military forces invaded Ukraine. Since then, Russia's war of aggression has continued with increasing severity and destruction.

We at DB Schenker stand for a pan-European network, European cohesion, and a common European identity. It therefore goes without saying that we also stand by our 111 Ukrainian colleagues wherever and whenever we can.

Despite the difficult circumstances they face, these local colleagues get up every morning in a courageous and confident mood, hop into their trucks, and keep our European network going – while we live in peace in Paris, Frankfurt, Barcelona, and other places. That's hard for us to grasp and it’s also highly admirable. Let's help our team and other non-profits in Ukraine as well – it’s most definitely necessary!

Helmut Schweighofer, CEO Region Europe, says: "Three months after the Russian invasion, DB Schenker decided to resume transport and warehousing activities. This is not something that can be taken for granted and great respect is due to our colleagues on site. But respect is not enough: let's all help together and contribute with our donations. Now."

Don't wait until tomorrow – donate now.

Under these conditions, it is anything but normal to be able to get the job done.

Logistics is critical when it comes to providing products and medicine throughout Ukraine, which is why the principle of social responsibility made it essential for us to resume operations there. The safety of our more than 100 employees is always our top priority. Under these conditions, it is anything but normal to be able to get the job done. But we’re all sticking together and doing our best. Do your best too and support our team onsite! We need it more than ever.

Yulia Aglichanova, Managing Director DB Schenker Ukraine
