The Role 

We are seeking a Storeperson to join our team in Auckland, New Zealand.

This position is responsible in ensuring the logistical and customer service needs of our clients are constantly met, and to ensure the efficient running of daily activities so they are achieved and constantly improved.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Carries out Inwards Handling tasks to agreed standard in SOP manuals and training sheets as and when required.
  • Carries out Stock Handling tasks to agreed standard in SOP manuals and training sheets as and when required.
  • Carries out Order Handling tasks to agreed standard in SOP manuals and training sheets as and when required.
  • Maintains effective communication with Team Leader or Supervisor.
  • Provides Value Added Services to customers including re-tagging, labelling, plugging and other rework activities.
  • Provides support to all other areas as required by Team Leader or Supervisor.



Competencies and Skills required: 
  • Ability to work proactively
  • Ability to identify and solve problems
  • Demonstrates high levels of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Moderate level of computer literate (including Excel)
  • Sound knowledge of RF scanning and WMS system
  • Preferably with 3PL / Supply Chain experience
  • Preferably with Customer Services experience
