Associate Executive - Contract Logistics/SCM, Customer Service

•    Ensure all paperwork are in order and in compliance with the company policies.

•    Prepare Shipping Documentation such as Shipping Instruction, Packing List, Invoices, Certificate of Origin, Bill of Lading, Dangerous Good form IATA & IMDG and Pre-alert to Customers.

•    Import and Export procedure.

•    Handle of Custom’s requirement and Documentation such as ZB1, ZB2, K8, K2 & K1  

•    Liaising and communicate with Port Management such as request CMR (Container Movement Request)

•    Communicate with Customers and Client and able to resolve any complaint.

•    Able to communicate with Customer’s order Management on all order fulfillment and related issues.

•    Liaising and communicate with Customer’s or and Transporter, Shipping Lines, Air freight, Ocean Freight & Freight Forwarder.

•    Monitor and coordinate for Transportation and Trucking timely.

•    Able to keep a meticulous record of shipment information.

•    Data Entry and Other assignments. 

•    Min SPM / Diploma / Degree holder with 1 - 2 year of relevant experience 

•    Must be computer literate able to use MS World, Excel and Power Point

•    Good communication in English, Bahasa, and Customer Service Skills.

•    Experienced in Freight Forwarders

•    Knowledge of SAP will be an advantage.

•    IATA DG certified is an advantage.

•    Ability to manage time well to meet tight deadlines and multi-task.

•    Able to work under stress and adaptable to changes.

•    Self-initiative individual who can work well in a team.
