- Monitor daily Import/Export freight movement and shipment status.
- Coordinate with Customer Service, Warehouse, and Vendors to ensure timely cargo clearance and delivery.
- Handle inquiries related to shipment status and delivery timelines.
- Ensure all shipment milestones are accurately and promptly updated in the system.
- Support and execute tasks or projects as assigned by the supervisor.
- Tertiary qualification
- Familiar with air freight operations
- Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning.
- Detail oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges.
- A self-starter who is resourceful and innovative in driving continuous improvement.
- Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting with a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency.
- Willingness to address operational issues outside of office hours as needed.
