    Your tasks

    Responsible for providing administrative support for LkSG activities at DB Schenker, both at Schenker AG and globally;
    Collection and preparation of internal entity & supplier information for the yearly risk analysis;
    Management of annual and ad-hoc questionnaire campaigns through the IntegrityNext tool, including communications, standard user trainings, technical implementation, and ad-hoc support;
    Reporting on final results of the yearly risk analysis, including segmenting the data as required;
    Critical human rights and environmental news monitoring for both DB Schenker entities and suppliers through the IntegrityNext tool;
    Preparation and management mitigation measures for identified risks and violations within the IntegrityNext tool;
    Support with regular review of established measures for effectiveness;
    Administrative & procedural support for human rights and environmental complaints investigation;
    Provision and maintenance of regular user trainings for the IntegrityNext tool;
    Regular provision of information to business units and functional departments according to internal policy requirements;

    Requirements

    University degree holder (business, compliance, sustainability, human rights, environmental or legal certifications desirable but not mandatory) or at least 2-3 years experience in a relevant field required (e.g. compliance, legal, sustainability, due diligence, procurement, human rights, environmental etc.);
    At least 2 years administrative experience required, especially with managing multiple concurrent workstreams with reporting lines to a variety of stakeholders;
    Affinity for technology and new solutions;
    Experience with human rights and environmental due diligence systems (e.g. EcoVadis, PreWave, Sedex), especially IntegrityNext, a plus;
    Analytical ability to accurately assess specific situations according to defined standards;
    Ability to use good judgment and logic;
    Ability to work independently;
    Attention to detail and organizational skills;
    Team player with enthusiasm to learn and high levels of coachability;
    Excellent communication skills;
    Enthusiastic and resilient mindset;
    Fluent English (written and verbal) a must, fluent German a plus;

    Provide administrative support to global departments who have strategic operational & monitoring responsibility for human rights and environmental due diligence processes in our own business operations and within our supply chain, with an aim at ensuring compliance with the German Act on Corporate Due Diligence in Supply Chains.
