    Dine opgaver

    * Manage a portfolio of customers for accounts receivable specific activities
    * Accurately investigate, clarify and allocate incoming payments
    * Initiate communication via e-mail with the customers to ensure maintenance of their accounts
    * Perform posting of invoices, recurring bookings, write-offs and individual allowances
    * Ensure timely and accurately direct debit process, including SEPA mandates activation and clarification of return direct debits
    * Assist with month-end closing activities
    * Execute and document internal controls as per the agreed SLAs and internal procedures
    * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to optimize service quality
    * Support performance and process reviews for internal and external customers by providing root cause analysis and preventive action plans

    Krav

    * Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance preferred;
    * Previous experience in a similar role would be a plus;
    * Previous experience in working with ERP, preferably SAP FI module, is a plus;
    * Advanced English level (min B2);
    * Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office package (Excel, Word, Power Point, Outlook etc.);
    * Customer orientation ;
    * Strong communication skills, both verbal and written;
    * Proactive and able to work with tight deadlines;
    * Strong attention to details, numeracy and analytical skills;
    * Ability to work independently and adapt to a fast-changing environment;
    * Self-motivated, enthusiastic, reliable and results-oriented.
