Join our team in Baldonnel, as a Warehouse Operative!

As a Warehouse Operative, you’ll help ensure the efficient, accurate handling of high-value, sensitive products while meeting performance and safety standards. This is a local role where your reliability and attention to detail will make a real difference every day.

Location: Baldonnel

Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:30pm (37.5 hours/week)

What will you be doing?

• Picking, packing, and moving sensitive equipment with care and accuracy
• Maintaining safety, hygiene, and compliance with PPE and SOPs at all times
• Reporting any incidents, hazards, or inventory issues promptly
• Participating in safety and operational projects
• Keeping accurate records and supporting stock integrity through audits and cycle counting
• Collaborating with your team to meet business and customer targets
• Supporting other warehouse tasks as needed

• Has a strong awareness of Health & Safety and quality standards
• Can work independently and as part of a team
• Is reliable, organised, and focused on detail
• Works well in a time-driven, high-performance environment
• Communicates effectively and takes ownership of their responsibilities
