• How quickly will my shipment be delivered?

• Which goods can be delivered by Onboard Courier (OBC)?

  Any goods up to 32 kg / 70.5 lb. and a maximum total of 203 cm / 80 inches length + width + depth per piece. The maximum number of pieces depends on the aircraft type. Dangerous items, according to flight baggage guidelines are excluded.

  Goods with a maximum weight of 8 kg / 17.5 lb. and maximum dimensions of 55 × 40 × 20 cm / 21 × 16 × 8 inches can be carried in the aircraft cabin. Dangerous items, according to flight baggage guidelines, and liquids are excluded.

• Is my delivery insured?

  Yes. We ensure compliance and insurance coverage of goods up to €100,000. At the same time, the risk of damage is particularly low because the goods are always accompanied by our experienced Onboard Couriers.

• Are handover points other than door-to-door possible? Does Onboard Courier also deliver airport-to-airport?

  Any handover location is possible for pickup as well as delivery. You can also schedule the Onboard Courier pickup and delivery at specific times.

• Which goods are frequently transported by OBC?
