    Stephanie Wulf appointed as DB Schenker’s new global CPO

    New Board Member to join in January 2024 • Legal Expert and experienced P&O Manager coming from DER Touristik • Katharina Rath leaves DB Schenker

    The Supervisory Board of Schenker AG has appointed Stephanie Wulf as the Member of the Board of Management for People and Organization (CPO). She will assume her new role on January 1, 2024. Stephanie Wulf holds a degree in Public Administration and completed the German Second State Law Exam. She started her career at the German Federal Foreign Office and served in leadership roles at several HR functions within Deutsche Lufthansa Group for almost 20 years. Since 2018, Stephanie Wulf has been the Chief Human Resources Officer and Managing Director HR and since 2022, additionally member of the Extended Executive Board of DER Touristik Group.

    “Stephanie Wulf has a great history of leadership and broad experience in international People and Organization. The Supervisory Board and I are very glad that she will join the DB Schenker Board of Management and wish her the best of success in her new role”, said Dr. Levin Holle, Chief Financial Officer of Deutsche Bahn AG and Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Schenker AG.

    Stephanie Wulf will follow Katharina Rath who, at her own request and by mutual agreement, will resign from her position on the Management Board of Schenker AG and leave the Deutsche Bahn Group to pursue new challenges. “As CPO, Katharina Rath successfully designed and implemented the HR transformation at DB Schenker to an agile, innovative, employee-oriented HR organization. We extremely regret her decision,” said Jochen Thewes. Martin Seiler said: “We thank Katharina Rath for her several years of successful work and wish her all the best for the future.”
