BD Manager_Road Division

This position is responsible for Business Develop manager in “Road” Division.

• Solid Alignment with CCO/RHO & Global for Business development directions.
• Sales activities to develop Road business including relevant to analyses, plans, documents, communicates, implements, and coordinates all customer activities, requirements and new developments
• Set KPI goals of with assigned accounts from Global “Road” division, and works with operations supporting these accounts to achieve KPI and business outcomes
• Identify growth opportunities with the clients and develop solutions to support the delivery of these opportunities together with Pricing & Solution manager in Road/Korea
• Initiate improvement opportunities, aimed at improving bottom line profits and service levels.
• Confer with staff to explain customer specific requirements
• Prepare regular key account KPI review.

Requirements

• Skilled in using all MS Office products
• Proven customer service skills including outstanding negotiation and persuasive skills.
• Strong communications and customer focus skills
• Analytical interpretation and problem solving skills
• Flexibility coupled with tenacity to achieve the desired results
• Self-motivated team player.
• Strong presentation skills (Ability to present complex solutions to internal and external parties on all levels)
• Have an excellent command of the English.

Experience and Qualifications

• Academic degree, preferably in economics or business administration
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in an international freight forwarding company, preferably Sales or Key account experience.
