Job Overview

At Schenker International S.A. de C.V. we are looking for a Billing and Key Account Administration Executive to be part of our FF Land team, for our office in Guadalajara, Mexico.

In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the operational and administrative execution of the Land transportation activities. You will play a key role in ensuring timely and accurate data entry, event tracking, and billing processes. This position is ideal for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and eager to grow in the logistics and transportation industry while working on a high-visibility account.


What will be your challenges?

  • Enter information and open shipments from the various shippers involved in the AWS project within no more than 24 hours after collection.
  • Record all mandatory primary events and any possible deviations (QDS), also within 24 hours after collection or as needed.
  • Invoice shipments handled by the multimodal department and key client (AWS), ensuring that all documents are sent to the client within 48 hours after delivery (exceptions may apply).
  • Send invoices and PODs (when applicable) to both the client and the Finance department.
  • Continuously follow up on shipments, ensuring deadlines are met and data quality is maintained.

What you need to succeed (Qualifications, experience, skills, attributes)

  • At least 1 year of administrative or operational experience in the logistics or international transportation sector.
  • Bachelor's degree (completed, in progress, or incomplete) in International Business, International Relations, Business Administration, Accounting, or similar
  • Business English is required.
  • Advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and data accuracy, ability to work under tight deadlines.
  • Focus on compliance and service quality, effective communication and teamwork.
