    Reporting to the Site Manager the successful candidate will oversee the Inventory Management. This is accomplished through a comprehensive analysis of inventory transactions to identify problems, recommend solutions and drive implementation of improved practices. Work with client QA to ensure that: all customer QA requirements are being met, all QA concerns are being relayed, all QA questions are being answered, the site Quality System is being monitored, audited and updated as required. Tasks and Responsibilities: •Maintain inventory data integrity and tracks accuracy of inventory •With your team, make sure daily, weekly and monthly reports are sent on time to customer. •Manage Inventory in WMS system as well as customer WMS and make sure both balance. •Research root cause of inventory discrepancies by extracting data and using supplier inventory data. •Design implement, and test internal controls, documentation, reporting, training, systems and solutions to drive inventory accuracy. •Establish partnership with client and operations to build inventory accuracy •Work with client to support and prepare inventory traceability such as: Recall and Mock Recall •Develop and maintain cycle counts activities/annual count by leading counting activities, variance reporting and reconciliation of counting cycle •Challenge the status quo by developing and recommending modification to existing processes and methodologies with a constant focus on continuous improvement •Develop and manage and implement weekly analysis reporting •Ensure compliance with OHS procedures and practices. •Ensure compliance with Health Canada GMP Standards. •Ensure that the site Quality System is reviewed frequently and updated accordingly •Maintain Quality System attributes including all SOPs and GMP requirements •Manage, document and support of Client customer complaint as per SOP. •Support and assist with client Recall/Mock Recall as per SOP.
