Are you a detail-oriented administrator seeking a new, challenging role?  Look no further! We are currently seeking an Operations Administrator to join our Heston warehouse on the night shift. If you have a passion for accuracy, excellent communication skills, and experience in exports and customer service, we want to hear from you!

Working Hours: 19:00-07:00, 4 on 4 off

Salary: £27, 747 + £5,000 night shift allowance

Location: Heston ( TW5 9NB)

What Will You Be Doing?

• Preparing accurate shipping documents for the distribution and export of aircraft spares to various destinations globally.
• Updating and utilising various systems to facilitate seamless workflow and data management.
• Assisting with data uploads to maintain accurate records and support data-driven decision-making processes.
• Providing excellent service to collecting agents upon their arrival, ensuring a smooth handover of goods.

About You:

• Effective communication skills
• Good mathematical skills to accurately handle calculations and data analysis.
• Exports and customer service experience is preferred
