Officer - Air Freight, Import Billing (Agency)

• Raise invoice to customers based on Tariffs or Customer's Account Profiles. 
• Ensure invoices and supporting documents are sent to customers timely. 
• Generates monthly summary reports for customers. 
• Work with internal and external customers on disputes if any. 
• Attend to customer's enquiries. 
• Ensure jobs are received promptly and billing done on time.   

• Familiar with air freight operations, open to consider fresh diploma holders 
• Positive mindset, team player and high desire for learning. 
• Detail oriented, analytical, and proactive in identifying and addressing operational challenges. 
• A self-starter who is resourceful and innovative in driving continuous improvement. 
• Adaptable to fast-paced, high-volume warehouse setting with a commitment to maintaining safety, quality, and efficiency. 
• Willingness to address operational issues outside of office hours as needed.
