- Bill invoice to customers based on ETD with updated arriving vessel and incoterm using rate card and/or standard rates provided
- Analyze rate card and identify additional charges to be included in billing such as fumigation, peak season, etc. as well as other requirements prior to billing
- Raise concerns on losses on shipment before finalizing the invoice
- Communicate with stakeholders and clients regarding specific instructions or queries about the shipments
- Provide timely response to all requests, both internal and external client or stakeholder
- Develop good working relationship with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely receipt of data and resolution of queries
- Send tax invoices to client or brokers
- To contribute Kaizen and process improvement projects/initiatives
- To do administrative, adhoc and any tasks that are needed to accomplish team’s targets and objectives.
- Must be a graduate of a Bachelor’s degree in Business preferably in Finance & Accounting
- Knowledge in TANGO is a plus
- Ability to communicate and form relationships at all levels within the organization
- Good Analytical skills with high attention to detail

- Understanding of sea freight Industry including basic freight forwarding knowledge such as INCOTERMS and interpretation of shipping documentation.
