Are you passionate about delivering outstanding customer service and looking to develop your career in logistics? We’re looking for a dedicated Customer Service Specialist to join our team and help us provide exceptional service to our internal and external customers.

Location: Quantum Distribution Pk, Newtown, Dublin 11,

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 to 16:30

What Will You Be Doing?

As a Customer Service Specialist, you’ll play a key role in supporting the day-to-day operations of our bonded warehouse and transport services by:

• Coordinating outbound shipments with customers, transport providers, and customs.
• Handling customer queries and providing timely, professional support.
• Maintaining accurate shipment records, reports, and database entries.
• Supporting operational teams with customer-focused solutions.
• Participating in internal meetings and contributing to service improvement initiatives.

About You

To thrive in this role, you should have:

• Experience in a customer service environment (logistics background is an advantage but not required).
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first mindset.
• A keen eye for detail and strong organisational skills.
• Confidence in using systems and working with data.
• A flexible, team-oriented approach and a proactive attitude.
