As a global organization, not only do we have to continually find new ways to collaborate successfully across locations and time zones, but we also have to offer increased flexibility in the way we organize and execute our jobs and daily work. With our new ways of work (NWOW) project team, we assess what the post pandemic workplace and culture looks like and develop new concepts and ideas around e.g. mobile work models and options, which we implement into a selection of pilot locations.

Job sharing and especially top sharing is a well-known theory but still unknown territory for many companies and even more employees. Also, at DB SCHENKER, there is no winning formula yet as we are still pioneering. But there are good reasons to explore this area further, since flexibility from standard working hours is increasingly becoming a benefit which employees are asking for.
