Strategic Sourcing Manager

This position is responsible for planning and controlling all purchases and evaluating suppliers regularly

• Analyzing & planning annual procurement volume
• Drafting and revising the standard of purchasing procedure
• Controlling purchasing process
• Selecting and registering reasonable suppliers
• Evaluating registered suppliers regularly
• Supporting strategic sourcing initiatives or spot buys (including supplier negotiations) by providing input on local spend specifics and category practices
• Managing report on purchasing activities in a timely manner
• Conducting suppliers to follow company policies
• Responsible for Business partner compliance
• Looking for efficiency in the areas of procurement process 
• Controlling maintenance plan

Requirements 

• Proficiency in written and spoken English
• Good knowledge of International, country and company rules, regulations, requirement and instructions
• High integrity and good communication skills
• Excellent computer skills in MS office

Experience and Qualifications

• Academic degree 

• Minimum working experience of over 3 years in procurement or purchasing
