We are looking for a Carrier Cooperation Consultant with Spanish and/or Portuguese & Polish language skills who will join our Carrier Management Support Center, responsible for carrier accounts administration, user support and data maintenance within Drive4Schenker – a digital platform enabling collaboration with over 74,000 registered carriers, and dispatchers from more than 400 branches.
Tasks:
- Approval of carrier documents (check if a Carrier can work with Schenker) incl. country specific requirements in local European language
- Check for fraud attempts on documents
- Check the identity of a carrier user
- Operational data maintenance
- Performing proactive actions to get carrier documents
- Carrier acquisition and onboarding
- Collaboration with CM Network and local Schenker branches
- Supporting Schenker Land Transport additional projects and initiatives (Carrier Evaluations, Fast Payment / Fuel Program; Carrier Tendering etc.)
- User Management of internal Land Transport systems
- Solving support tickets regarding Land Transport systems
- Basic troubleshooting of incidents and escalating technical problems to SSC Coordinators
- Translations (tenders, communication content, special initiatives etc.)
Our requirements:
- Professional proficiency in Spanish and/or Portuguese and Polish (C1 at least)
- Fluency in English
- Knowledge of basic MS Excel functions
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Open to work in a hybrid mode
- Business knowledge on the basic level
Nice to have:
- Customer care or logistics industry experience
- Proficiency in any other language (especially Dutch) is a big plus
