About the Role

As our Operations Supervisor, you’ll be at the heart of our logistics operations—leading teams, driving performance, and ensuring seamless service delivery for our valued clients. You’ll oversee day-to-day warehouse activities, manage staff, and collaborate across departments to deliver operational excellence.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Lead team to achieve operational goals
• Drive performance to meet financial and service targets
• Ensure compliance with WHS and ISO 9001 standards
• Develop and maintain operational procedures and protocols
• Supervise daily warehouse and logistics operations 
• Lead and support warehouse staff, including training and performance monitoring
• Build strong relationships with customers and internal service groups
• Provide expert guidance on inventory control and logistics processes
• Deliver accurate monthly reports and maintain staff records

What You’ll Bring

• Proven experience in logistics or freight forwarding
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and customer service abilities
• Advanced MS Office skills (Word, Excel, etc.)
• Knowledge of warehouse management systems and logistics operations
• Understanding of OH&S and relevant legislation
• Ability to influence, build relationships, and drive continuous improvement
