Perform general administration duties to maintain the HSEQ Management System.
Liaise with Site Managers to ensure the training matrix is implemented and all staff are listed.
Administer programs to ensure all workers are appropriately trained.
Identify and control site-specific documents within the document control system.
Ensure company records are correctly stored, archived, and maintained.
Review and document Safe Work Instructions (SWIs) and Work Instructions (WIs) for site applicability.
Review and update Risk Assessments to make them site-specific, including photos, equipment details, and model numbers.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Strong administrative capabilities.
Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, etc.).
Strong relationship management and influencing skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience in the logistics industry is preferred.
Flexibility to travel for site visits across multiple Melbourne locations, including West Melbourne, Tullamarine, and Northern Suburbs, as required.
