Your tasks
Join the Global IT&D Contract Logistics Unit as a part of the Demand and Portfolio Management team as the Demand Specialist (Finance/Controlling).
Short Description:
As the Demand Specialist, you will support finance-controlling processes. The focus is on operational responsibility for controlling the global IT organisation in the respective departments.
Tasks & Responsibilities:
- Data entries in the finance systems.
- Review of investments, incl. planning of capex and depreciations.
- Support monthly and year-end reporting, including related delta analysis.
- Support further reporting, incl. investment and project reporting.
- Support tracking of department financial budget and forecast vs. actuals.
Requirements
- Minimum bachelor's degree in Finance or Economics
- At least 1 year of experience in a finance or project management area
- Very good Excel and PowerPoint skills
- Very good spoken & written English (B2)
- Working experience in an international environment
- Strong ability to work in virtual teams
- Very good communication and analytical skills
- Capability and motivation to learn
