Technician - Contract Logistics/SCM, Operations (Benoi)

Job Scope

• To perform machine setup, installation, testing, troubleshooting and component replacement.
• Attend and carry out Fault Finding, Diagnosis and Recovery of systems breakdowns, with a focus on providing high levels of service and response times.
• Follow Preventive Maintenance work schedules to specified standards and procedures and maintain all relevant written records as applicable
• Provide support for Operation team for general warehouse functions including material handling, shipping & receiving, packaging, cycle counts & inventory checks, where necessary
• Any other tasks as assigned by management

Specific Accountabilities

• Perform installation and repair of machines
• Work with engineers on outstanding repairs and maintenances
• Provide logistics support to operations

• Minimum Nitec 
• Basic Computer knowledge, software/hardware troubleshooting
• Must be able to read, write in English
• Mechanical background is required
• Minimum 1 - 2 years work related experience
