Business Support Assistant (M/F/D)

We are looking for a Business Support Assistant with Polish & other European language skills who will join our Haulier Management Support Center, responsible for haulier accounts administration, user support and data maintenance within Drive4Schenker – a digital platform enabling collaboration with almost 78,000 registered hauliers, and dispatchers from more than 400 branches.

Responsibilities:

• Approval of haulier documents (check if a haulier can work with DSV/Schenker)
• Haulier acquisition and onboarding
• New hauliers’ identity check
• Solving support tickets regarding our Drive4Schenker Portal or Haulier Management initiatives
• Communication with hauliers from the Polish market and other European market (according to the language skills) and local DB Schenker branches
• Participation in other initiatives such as testing, translations

Requirements:

• Professional proficiency in Polish (native or C2)
• Professional proficiency in other European language (C1 at least)
• Professional proficiency in English (B2 at least)
• Knowledge of basic MS Excel functions
• Strong interpersonal skills

Nice to have:

• Customer care or logistics industry experience
• Proficiency in Czech and/or Croatian is a big plus
