Tehtäväsi
* Understand where specific capabilities need to be developed in order to meet customer expectations and identifying those needs to local, regional or global management
* Strategically partner with all pertinent internal regions, country organizations, divisions and Business Units to ensure aligned business development, and consistent service and growth
* Deliver results (revenue, volume, GP & DSO / AR where relevant) in the country in line with agreed budget and development target
* Manage overall account relationships with the field sales accounts to ensure excellent, long-term business relationships at all levels, specifically through sales calls and visits
* Understanding the opportunities the account presents and guidance for solution team (opportunities for locally-controlled business and leads for overseas-controlled business)
* Ensure successful business development planning and the implementation of local business opportunities, from initial opportunity creation to the establishment of stable operations

Vaatimukset
- Bachelor Degree in reputable university
- Experience in Freight Forwarding, especially sales for 3 years
