Shift Coordinator (Airfreight)

Are you an experienced logistics professional looking for a dynamic role in airfreight? We’re seeking a Shift Coordinator to manage daily warehouse operations, support customer queries, and ensure efficient freight handling. Location: Heathrow, UK 

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 10am to 7:30pm 

What Will You Be Doing?

• Managing the mailbox and responding to customer queries, escalations, and requests.
• Operating a forklift to safely load and unload freight.
• Processing inbound and outbound shipments using GXD and WMS systems.
• Ensuring freight is sorted and handled in line with customer SOPs.
• Prioritising warehouse operations based on incoming requests.
• Updating systems and records to ensure accurate freight tracking.

About You

• Previous experience in warehouse or logistics, ideally in airfreight.
• A valid forklift license with hands-on experience.
• Strong organisational and time-management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
