Principal Accountabilities (The following is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed. It is not an exhaustive list of all expectations.): • Coordinates and works closely with capacity management and peers on daily field activities. • Plans all aspects of operations in order to achieve the highest level of service at the lowest cost. • Directs and implements all aspects of the operating plan for responsible SC facilities. • Evaluates and measures actual cost results to plan and recommends changes as needed to accomplish goals and objectives. • Discusses, develops, and implements alternatives to improve service to the customer. • Ensures a safe / secure working environment at each facility through consistent practice of safety programs and procedures. • Assist in selection and training of operations staff. • Establishes and maintains positive employee relations and excellent internal communication. • Compliance to operations standards and procedures. • Establish accountabilities and processes to ensure required levels of productivity and organizational objectives.

Essential Functions: * Must be able to pass any federal/state/local government, airport, or company-required background checks, clearances, and/or drug and alcohol tests. Knowledge and Skills (The following minimum requirements are normal guidelines and should not constrain the advancement of otherwise qualified personnel): * This is a director level position. * Exceptional interpersonal, analytical, problem-solving, communication, leadership, and strategic skills required. * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required. * Generally prefer 6 years of operations and related management experience.

We offer a competitive compensation package that includes a base salary ranging from $140,000 - $175,000 annually, and a comprehensive benefits package. Our benefits package includes paid time off and paid sick time in the first year, health insurance, a 401(k) plan, disability insurance, and more as described in our benefits guide. Actual compensation will be based on factors such as experience, skills, qualifications, performance, geography, and internal equity. Benefits may be subject to waiting periods and other terms and conditions.
