Operations Supervisor, Contract Logistics

• Handle inbound and outbound shipment with available procedures
• Maintain and develop good relationships with international customers
• Fulfill EFS / HWOP’s request such as assist work for any damage repairs and material movement
• 5S: Ensure all bins are in an organized manner and any new / obsolete GPNs are added / removed as per Seedstock level
• Inventory Management: Cycle-counting
• SPARES: Monitor inventory status, maintain accurate system record, and create replenishment orders daily
• BUILDS: Ensure all rack placement and tray population is completed within KPI in a safe and correct manner; Accountable to update all system related reporting for the work done on the day itself; Supervise temporary labor work
• REVERSE LOGISTICS: Process all RMA parts in the system and ensure using correct packaging to pack RMAs
• PACKAGING: Monitor usage and ensure sufficient inventory is available for RMAs
• Perform any other duties as assigned by Management

• From 7 level
• Minimum 5 years’ experience in third party logistics operations with 3 years in leading operations team in a sizable company
• Solid experience in warehousing
• Proficiency in MS Office, including WORD and EXCEL
• Good command of both written & spoken in English and Mandarin
• Independent, strong personal motivation and well disciplined
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Work location: Kowloon Bay / Fo Tan / Tseung Kwan O
