Internal Communication & EB Specialist

The Internal Communication & EB Specialist is responsible for building the company's image as an attractive employer and leading internal communication by:
 

• Take over the responsibility for the global Technology Solution Center's internal branding and communication strategy and all its delivery hubs in Nanjing, New Delhi, Warsaw, and the Americas region. 
• Manage internal communication channels (e.g., intranet, newsletters) and ensure timely and relevant content delivery to all stakeholders.
• Coordinate employer branding initiatives to improve the candidate experience and support recruitment efforts.
• Build and maintain relationships with external partners such as universities, student organizations, foundations, and event organizers to strengthen employer visibility.
• Design and implement communication plans for internal projects in collaboration with departments such as Finance, People & Organization, and others.
• Monitor industry trends and best practices in employer branding to recommend and implement innovative strategies.
• Organize the company’s participation in job fairs and external conferences.
• Create, edit, and publish engaging content for social media and the corporate website.
• In cooperation with the global marketing and employer branding teams, ensure all communication and branding materials align with corporate standards.
• Support the planning and execution of internal employee engagement and integration events.

Our requirements: 

• At least 3 years of work experience in a similar position (Communication, Employer Branding, Marketing)
• Minimum bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, or related disciplines
• Experience in Employer Branding activities and campaigns execution
• Strong content creation skills - writing, editing, and basic graphic and video creation. (Canva experience is a plus)
• Ability to identify opportunities for process improvement and drive implementation
• Flexible thinker able to operate in a changing environment
• Team player with very good communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively across diverse organizations, groups, and functions.
• Fluent Business English (written and spoken is a MUST)
• Experience in an international work environment
• Understanding of IT projects and service management is beneficial
• Open to work in a hybrid mode (office in Warsaw)
