This position is responsible for processing delivery orders, liaising with customers, maintaining and handling of documents and filing.
  1. Receive and act on instructions from customers regarding collection/delivery schedules

  2. Request Invoice/Packing List when required and generate the necessary documents

  3. Verify that the goods quantity matches the Invoice/Packing List

  4. Make necessary arrangements according to the customer's request

  5. Understand and communicate any special requests/requirements made by the customer to relevant parties

  6. Update and resolve issues when operations may not be able to meet the requirements or deadlines

  7. Provide reports or status updates as requested by the customer

  8. Update movement reports in TMS or SharePoint monthly or as needed

  9. Regularly check and follow up on email correspondence with customers and other related parties

  10. Update daily movement reports using MS Office software

  11. Submit monthly KPI reports on time

  12. Perform cost updates in TMS or SharePoint and provide cost provisions where necessary

  13. Complete and verify all job files for the month within the month-end closing period

  14. Ensure all files are properly sorted and stored, with relevant reports and details recorded accurately

  15. Communicate and resolve any issues that may arise

  • Minimum pass in SPM examination

  • Minimum 2 years of working experience in a 3PL company as Customer Service

  • Added advantage: Experience/knowledge in import/export procedures and experience in a warehouse environment
