About the Role
As an Operations Supervisor, you will manage key account deliverables, safeguard customer inventory, and drive project success. You’ll lead initiatives that reduce costs, support new services, and grow revenue—making a direct impact on business performance.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Leading and mentoring supervisors and team leaders to achieve operational excellence.
- Driving performance to meet financial targets and client satisfaction goals.
- Ensuring compliance with ISO 9002 standards, WH&S policies, and Schenker’s operational procedures.
- Collaborating with Sales and Business Development to support growth and client acquisition.
- Building strong relationships with customers and internal service groups.
- Producing accurate operational reports and maintaining staff records.
- Championing teamwork, leadership, and continuous improvement across the department.

- Proven leadership experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain management.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
