Tasks and responsibilities

  • Coordinate multiple processes within your department and ensure they are carried out efficiently, safely, and accurately
  • Guide, coach, and motivate employees to get the best out of the team
  • Focus on the development and well-being of your team; identify issues early and provide support where needed
  • Ensure proper staffing in the department (daily planning, holiday planning, setting priorities, timekeeping)
  • Work with your Supervisor to achieve KPIs such as productivity, quality, SLAs, and 5S
  • Continuously improve processes and procedures
  • Collaborate with colleagues from other departments to align processes
  • Keep your team informed through scrum sessions and participate in department meetings
  • Foster a positive, open work environment where everyone feels heard and engaged

  • You communicate clearly in English and preferably also in Dutch

In this role, you will manage your team with energy and ensure that work runs smoothly, so that we meet the set time and quality requirements and the expectations of the customer. You will report to the Supervisor and work in a dynamic environment where innovation and growth are central.
