Data Centre Coordinator - Westpoort

Responsibilities

• Support the coordination of logistics processes related to hardware and infrastructure 
• Monitor correct handling of goods and compliance with datacenter procedures 
• Identify and resolve operational issues and deviations 
• Assist and guide team members during daily activities 
• Maintain order, cleanliness, and safety on the shop floor 
• Contribute to meeting quality standards and customer-specific requirements 
• Collaborate with the Team Leader and other departments to align processes 
• Suggest improvements to workflows and procedures

What do you bring? 

• MBO-level education and experience in a logistics or technical environment • Technical insight and affinity with hardware and datacenter logistics 
• A proactive and structured approach, with the ability to adapt quickly 
• A strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills 
• Proficiency in English, preferably also in Dutch 
• Attention to detail and a positive attitude toward teamwork

For our new location in Westpoort, we are looking for a Coordinator for the Builds department. In this role, you will support the Team Leader in managing daily operations, help set up processes, and guide team members on the shop floor. You’ll work in a technically oriented environment where hardware, infrastructure, and logistics come together. 

Since this is a new location, independence is essential. You know how to find your way in an environment where not everything is set in stone yet, contribute ideas for improvement, and help build a strong team and stable operation.
