When you register for a webinar or other events, or sign up for our newsletters, DB Schenker will process your name, contact details, your work place/title, IP address and time and date for registration (in case of physical events where meals are offered, also food preferences when given.) The information is collected from you when you register and processed by DB Schenker for the legitimate purpose to arrange and conduct events and inform about our products and services by sending newsletters and invitations.
When you sign up for newsletters your information will be processed until you chose to unsubscribe. This can be done simply by clicking on the link to unsubscribe in the e-mail.
When you register for an event or a webinar, your information will be stored for 7 years.
Data controllers for the processing is the DB Schenker entity in the country where you are located; FI: Schenker Oy, SE: Schenker AB, NO: Schenker AS, DK: Schenker AS, IS: Schenker AB.
